- D/D Free: Drug and Disease Free. Meaning the same as Clean, but declaring more specifically that the person is free of both sexually transmitted disease and drug use.

- DP: Double Penetration. This falls one hole short of airtight in that one woman has both her anus and vagina filled by the penis of different men simultaneously.
