Don't give them your e-mail address unless you want nonstop e-mail's...

Most if not all of the club bombard you with emails...We have unsubscribed from a couple of sites due to repetitive emails. If we want to know what's happening we will look at the club websites...

Once or twice a month is ok as far as we are concerned, it keeps us up to date without having to go to the sites and we don't mind getting those.We have had in the past though...multiple emails in one week from various clubs...That is kind of a pain.

my bitch with O zone is that they won't stop after...I ve lost count how many times I have asked to be removed from their mail list, my next step is to e-mail the privacy commisioner...

maybe instead of crabbin you should just create a message filter for it so it goes to junk everytime.  FYI: just cause you click a link etc or email them to be removed, all you are doing is confirming that email is active so they know and everyone knows spam etc can be sent to it
